Registration & Payment | CANCELED for 2021
- Each registration includes 1 child and 1 adult. An additional adult may be added during your registration. UM, Risk Management requires each child to be registered individually with their own adult chaperone. (1 child per 1 adult)
- Workshop Selection: You will be prompted to choose 4 engineering disciplines to discover during the 2-day event.
Reminder: Workshops are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once a workshop is full it will no longer be selectable.
- T-Shirts: If you’d like to order a t-shirt at an additional cost of $16, please select the size and add it to your cart. Your t-shirt will be ready for you when you check-in at the event. Size chart. See this year’s t-shirt design at the bottom of this page. We carry only a few extra t-shirts for sale during the event.
- Big House and Crisler tour on Thursday. Please let us know if you plan to participate during the registration process to help us plan for transportation.
- Payment: Payment via credit card is required in order to complete your registration.
- Confirmation email: After completing your registration a confirmation page will be displayed. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email showing your workshop and tour selections. Two weeks prior to the event you will receive an email with additional parking and event details. A detailed hard copy of your itinerary will be given to you upon check-in on the day of the event.

*Dorm-stay – $200 includes 2 nights lodging, linens, dinner on Thursday evening and breakfast on Friday morning.
Cancellation & Refund Policy | All registrations are being refunded due to cancellation
DORM FEES are refundable until May 31, 2022; all dorm cancellations after May 31, 2022, are non-refundable.
CAMP FEES are refundable until June 30th, 2022; all cancellations after June 30, 2022, are non-refundable.
Logging back into the event registration system will allow you to make your cancellation based on these deadlines.
